With the humanitarian situation in its twelfth year, the needs of conflict-affected and displaced populations remain critical. FHI 360\u2019s IHANN IV project, funded by USAID\/BHA, aims to contribute to reduce morbidity and mortality and improve the wellbeing of conflict-affected and displaced Nigerians through an integrated, multisector humanitarian response in Borno State, Nigeria. Through the delivery of primary health care (PHC) and sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services across five health facilities and nine health posts (seven old and two new) in the four sites. FHI 360 will also provide community awareness of GBV and child protection and case management for GBV survivors, CP case management and PSS services for women and children. The management of acute malnutrition for children under five, improving infant and young child feeding (IYCF) practices, installing sanitation facilities, hygiene kit distribution, water point rehabilitation, and promoting household (HH) hygiene.<\/p>

FHI 360 remains closely linked with community health extension workers (CHEWs) and supports them to work with WASH community volunteers (CVs) and clinical health providers to address potential outbreaks in any of its operational sites.<\/p>

The project continues to work with the state government, WHO, UN agencies, partners, community and religious leaders, women groups, and youths to meet the most urgent needs of the population.<\/p>
